You and NetPromotions reserve the right to use the respondent's information, anonymously and in aggregate only, to produce marketing reports, studies and promotions.

In the event you discontinue your web site or its associated business, all respondents will be notified and will have the choice to continue or unsubscribe.

The European Union has a treaty on Internet Privacy that should apply (even though the US is not a signatory) because some of your Internet traffic will be international regardless. The above guidelines conform to the main points of the treaty.

NetPromotions will post your Privacy Policy, and administer any resulting correspondence. This includes administration of storage, subscriptions, reports, categories and deletions. It does not include legal or third party fees.
